Yesterdays blog Day 2
I missed posting yesterday so I'll post 2 today. I'll tell you how yesterday went. Yesterday started off bumpy. I was sleeping, and my Mom brought me a McDonald's breakfast. Not wanting to be rude, I ate it, and enjoyed it very much. I didn't think it would be too bad because it was the breakfast burritos and some OJ. Later I ate a sloppy Joe, which also isn't part of my diet. For a snack, I ate a couple nuggets from Wendy's and for dinner I had 1/2 a Philly cheese and a slice of pizza. The sad thing was I was still hungry. I drank plenty of water like usual.This is harder than I thought. I don't want to post about failing so I apologize to you all. I want to get on a plan. Here's what I'm thinking. I can drink a lot of water every day. I can watch what I eat, eat often, and find somewhere to exercise. But where? I don't like to run, because I run different and I sometimes feel embarrassed about it. Maybe I can join a gym. I'll think about it and get back to you guys. Have a good one.
