Day 9 Starting to see results

Yesterday was my first day at the gym. I started small, I don't want to overdo it or else I will be more inclined to give up. All day, I ate every 2-3 hours and I ate small so that my metabolism would raise. I ended up signing a contract at my local gym that says I will pay for an entire year of membership. So since I'm obligated to pay it, I will again be less inclined to give up. I worked out as soon as I got my membership. I walked for 10 minutes and did 3 sets of leg exercises. I also drank my usual amount of water. I was running out of bottles, so I decided to go to Publix to get more, and when I got there I weighed myself. I now weigh 249lb. That's 6lb's down. It's not much, but it's a start. I'm proud of myself and I'm planning on going to the gym again soon to walk for 12-15 minutes. I plan on lengthening it more and more every time I go until I reach 1 hour. Well that's that. I had better start my day. Wish me luck!
