Day 6 Gym Membership and metabolism
I found a pretty cool gym in town called the Fitness Factory. I passed by today but they were closed to nonmembers. I'm going to go by and start a membership on Monday if not tomorrow. It's open 24 hours so I could exercise at midnight if I wanted to. I didn't want to exercise outside because it was about 97 degrees which is too hot for me. I did however start eating small meals every 2 hours. Two of my meals were half of a smoothie and since I ate an egg for breakfast, I wasn't hungry at all. I guess that really works. I learned that if I want to lose weight, I shouldn't JUST do cardio. If I lift weights, my metabolism will go up which is what I'm shooting for. Wish me luck!
