Goals Day 4

I was talking about making a plan and I think I've got an idea. I need to start small and work my way up. I found this pretty neat playlist on YouTube about a guy also named Thomas who mentors you on how to lose weight day by day. His world goal is to end obesity which I think is pretty awesome. He's a great motivation and after watching his first video, I learned my first step which was write about it. Write about what I want to look like, what life will be like when I reach my end result, and what's my purpose for doing this whole thing. I also got a pretty inspirational picture of what I want to look like when I'm done. I've been drinking plenty of water and eating a bit healthier. I posted the paper on my computer wallpaper so I will see it. I made sure that I picked a purpose bigger than failure. I'll post his video right after this. Maybe once I finish this journey, I can also inspire people to do the same. Wish me luck!
